Every quarter, through collaborative decision-making, we choose a charity or organization to support. While we have ongoing projects that resonate with us annually, we actively seek new avenues to make a positive impact. Searcy Financial allocates a paid day each quarter for our team to engage in hands-on activities, furthering our commitment to serving our chosen organization and the community at large. Each team member is also encouraged to choose their own service projects and are given time off to serve.

At the Holiday Shop pre-qualified clients by appointment, assisted by a volunteer. All clients are below 150% of the poverty level and reside in Johnson County, Kansas
