Announcing Our New Partner, John Fales

We are pleased to announce the promotion of John Fales to Principal of the firm. John has evidenced his commitment to our firms and our clients during his time with Searcy Financial Services and Allos Investment Advisors. We are delighted to have him join our Executive Team and we believe his new role as Principal will enhance our firm’s continued commitment to our clients’ success.

John specializes in serving clients who lack the time or desire to keep up with a quickly evolving market by managing and monitoring their financial plan and investments so that these tools are working to help clients realize their goals. As a Certified Investment Management Analyst®, he oversees qualitative and quantitative analysis and reports technical conditions to our Investment Team which manages asset allocation and security selection decisions.

He is also Lead Advisor at Allos Investment Advisors, the subsidiary company developed by Searcy Financial Services to provide investment management with no minimums. When developing Allos, we understood that there wasn’t a need for a new generation of financial advisors, but a need for advisors who could adapt to ‘speak the language’ of the younger generation. We saw a need in the market because people are no longer waiting until they have a large amount of wealth accumulated to start investing, they are investing at an early age to set themselves up for greater success, and they want help on their own terms. John successfully helps investors find the guidance they need and utilizes technology to provide them with information how, when and where they want it.

Outside of work, John enjoys traveling and cheering on his Kansas Jayhawks. He keeps close ties with his university and is the Alumni Vice Chairman of the Delta Psi Chapter of Theta Chi Fraternity.

If you would like to meet with John to discuss your financial needs or want to help us congratulate him on his new position, feel free to reach out to him at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
