As a consultant to retirement plans, we endeavor to help protect plan sponsors from conventional fiduciary risks and work to enhance the retirement security of participants. We perform fiduciary and economic plan audits or reviews. When we analyze a plan, we review the plan statistics and demographics, provide feedback on the plan’s ranking compared to its demographic peers, outline any inefficiencies uncovered, and provide a clear, non-disruptive strategy for enhancing the plan.
